Down-regulation breathwork journeys take participants on a soothing trip into deep relaxation, beyond the busy mind.  Practiced regularly, these techniques can become a ´buffer ´for stress,and are a perfect entry into meditation.

This serenely tranquil journey will help you to quieten and go beyond the chaotic mind chatter to access your own natural reservoir of peace, calm and tranquillity. You will leave the session fully chilled-out, relaxed and serene, and armed with the knowledge of how to find this happy place again, any time you desire.

Down-Regulating Journeys

Down-regulation breathwork journeys take participants on a soothing trip into deep relaxation, beyond the busy mind. Stress, tension and anxiety are released, as the body is brought into homeostasis, where the body can focus on repairing itself. Practiced regularly, these techniques can become a ´buffer ´for stress, and are a perfect entry into meditation.

Course Requirements
  • You need to be in a quiet space where you can lay down and not be disturbed and feel warm and comfortable. A bedroom is ideal. 

  • You will need a laptop, tablet or phone which is loaded with the Zoom software (free version) and ideally a good set of headphones. 

  • Time to relax for a few minutes before starting and time to ground yourself again after you have finished.
