Breath-Works Journeys include a personally guided coaching element by Brannie that enhances and fast-tracks results, and allowing the participants to address whatever personal issues they need to, whilst listening to a background of creatively orchestrated beautiful music designed to uplift and enhance the participant´s experience.

 

Our Journeys use conscious connected breathing patterns that allow natural, somatic healing to happen which affects us on two levels, similar to how meditation works. On a more surface level Breath-Works intentional breathing patterns comfortably relax the body and calm the nervous system, whilst on a deeper level the breathing used allows the intelligent body's cells (somatically) to heal the layers of trauma stored within.

Transformational Breathwork Journeys

Our breath is a powerful and effective natural healing tool

Unprocessed negativity and traumatic memories can become sticking points that cause our mental and physical processes to malfunction and potentially destroy the quality of life. Evidence of cellular memory shows that it´s not just our brain, but also our body´s cells that can hold an imprint of past traumatic events, and we use somatic breathwork to facilitate the fast and effective release of this.


One of the great advantages of somatic release is that the participant is able to view the anxiety or trauma being released objectively, and almost as an observer. Negating the need to re-live old hurt and pain again. We don´t have to re-live the trauma to heal the trauma.

We offer two types of Breathwork Journeys:   Activating and Down-Regulating
 

Activating Journeys – typically last approx. 60-90 minute

 

  • Activate and release suppressed and repressed emotions

  • Gain clarity and understanding

  • Allow healing to happen

  • Un-lock and allow personal growth

  • Release habitual negative patterns of behaviour

  • Increase energy and vitality

  • Calm and quieten chaotic and busy minds

  • Perfect entry into meditation

Down-Regulating Journeys – typically last 45-90 minutes

 

  • ​Designed to slow-down the nervous system

  • Gain clarity and understanding

  • Allow participant to tap into deep physical relaxation

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Calm and quieten chaotic and busy mind

  • Promote a sense of calm, serenity and well-being

  • Perfect entry into meditation

  • Improves digestion

  • Helps the body to focus on repair, including reduction of inflammation, tissue repair and hormone production.
