Breathwork is the conscious manipulation of our breath for a desired result and using our breath intentionally is a powerful free and natural healing tool

Down-regulation breathwork journeys take participants on a soothing trip into deep relaxation, beyond the busy mind. Practiced regularly, these techniques can become a ´buffer ´for stress, and are a perfect entry into meditation.

This serenely tranquil journey will help you to quieten and go beyond the chaotic mind chatter to access your own natural reservoir of peace, calm and tranquillity.
